The CHANGE project in Stara Zagora (Bulgaria)
From June 23rd to 26th, PROAMBIENTE was in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, for a trip as part of the CHANGE project. We visited the John Atanasov Professional High School of Electronics, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Professor Mariya Apostolova, the headmaster and all the other teachers.
The Bulgarian students completed the CHANGE program and during the two days of visit they explained results and activities that they had carried out. They conducted an in-depth study on data analysis techniques from the CO2 stations and worked to spread the project to other classes within the school, with peer-to-peer communication conducted directly by the students. Furthermore, they developed and presented a Local Arduino Project.
On the second day, the students participated in an Escape Room, a team game where to win, you have to solve puzzles and challenges, using the skills they gained in graph analysis, programming, electronics, and environmental studies. A good method to stimulate knowledge in an interactive and fun way.
